Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
- You can request a return within **14 days of receiving your item**.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- We do not accept returns on items that were shipped for free unless they are damaged or incorrect.

How to Return
- Email us at **support@icaeshoop.com** with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.

Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders with free shipping (available only on first-time purchases over $49.99) that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee or deduction of actual shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
